Mark Ronchetti Raises $1.2 Million In Just Two Months
96% of Donations from New Mexicans

ALBUQUERQUE – Mark Ronchetti today announced his campaign has raised over $1.2 million since beginning his run for New Mexico Governor just two months ago. The end-of-year fundraising total, released voluntarily, points to unprecedented momentum for Ronchetti’s campaign and strong support statewide.

“I’m humbled by the outpouring of support my campaign has received from so many New Mexicans who have stepped up to join our movement to turn New Mexico around,” said Ronchetti.

Ronchetti’s fundraising haul, comprising over 3,500 donations, dwarfs the fundraising of his primary opponents and reflects the kind of broad grassroots support necessary to compete against Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham and defeat her in the upcoming general election.

“I’m proudest of the fact that 96% of our contributions have come from within the state of New Mexico. Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham is relying on special interest funding and out-of-state dark money groups, whereas the backbone of my campaign is hard-working New Mexicans who know we deserve better than what we’re getting from the career politicians and out-of-touch elites who have run this state for so long,” concluded Ronchetti.

In the primary for Governor, Republicans are coalescing behind Ronchetti’s campaign because they know he is the principled conservative who is best-positioned to win in November. Recent statewide polling, in fact, shows Ronchetti already tied in the race against Lujan Grisham among general election voters – 46% to 46%. The same poll showed Ronchetti trouncing Lujan Grisham among Independents 49% to 33%.
